It will be a Spinnaker class race. Non-spins have not signed up.
All handicaps were derived from spinnaker races results using average speed over the WNR season.
Since the Skipjacks will be on the river, we will start at ESSA "B" Marker.
New course length is 14.47 NM.
Jitterbug will be the RC.
No pre-meeting. Communication on Channel 67.
