Tangier Results: Frostbite Series, September 22, 2019

Just the second in the Frostbite Series. (now the party series :) )

What a great afternoon for a sail!  Moderate winds rose to be a bit strong, and Puff Daddy, Phantom, Existent, and Callinectes finished in that order.
