Choptank fleet NORSI has been amended. Effective Series 3, July 31, 2019

Choptank Fleet,

 Please note the following changes to the NOR & SI

1. Lightning rule: The RC will decide if the race is to be canceled.
2. The fleet radio channel is now 72! not 67.

Other changes for this week.

1. The spinnaker fleet will start first at approximately 6:00 PM
2. The Non-Spinnaker fleet will start afterward with a full six-minute starting sequence.

The count down will remain the same for each fleet.

5 minutes - single horn- all motors off

4 minutes - single horn
