Cruising Award – awarded to the sailboat belonging to an ESSA member in good standing participating in the largest number of scheduled ESSA cruises during a calendar year.
ESSA Promotional Award – George Breig- awarded to the person who has done the most to promote sailing on the Eastern Shore. Membership in ESSA is not a prerequisite. Previous winners are eligible.
Great Shoals Award – Mark McIver - awarded to any member who has demonstrated the most outstanding sailing accomplishment, or who has performed the highest level of meritorious service in the promotion and sailboat racing, or a combination thereof.

Spirit of Sailing Award – Branden Spear awarded to a member or volunteer
who best exemplifies spirited and sportsmanlike sailing
