Getting ready to sail?

Hogan lifts restrictions on recreational sailing.

In a few weeks, we hope to be sailing. 
Here is a list of things to get ready.

• Have you submitted your membership and racing forms?

• Everyone needs to prepare for committee boat duty.

• Spinnaker Fleet, Do you have your PHRF certificate?
