Chesapeake Flood Warning

 October 28-29, 2021

Urgent News: Flood Warning

Is your boat secure?

Exceptional high tides are forecasted for our area. You probably already noticed the high tide today: The tides will be compounded with rain fall and south winds which keep the Chesapeake Bay from flowing out to sea.

Tides may rival the flooding caused by Hurricane Isabel which were the highest measured in recent years.

SATURDAY...

Numerous roads will be impassable under several feet of water and cars submerged. Some areas will need to be evacuated.
