CAMBRIDGE — The National Park Service and Pride of Baltimore II, a reproduction War of 1812-era privateer schooner, are offering free two-hour day sails in Cambridge on Saturday and Sunday, May 29 and May 30.
People are invited Pride’s crew and a National Park Service ranger to learn about Maryland’s rich maritime history, the Star-Spangled Banner National Historic Trail and the War of 1812 and privateers in the Chesapeake.
Capacity is limited to 32 passengers, so please register early and no later than Friday, May 28.
