The finish line per paragraph 3.7 will be changed to: 3.7 The Finish Line - The finish line will be between ESSA Mark “Z” (Zulu) and a flag on the Race Committee boat (which will be anchored on the river side of Mark Z ), unless the course is shortened by the Race Committee. A boat will be scored as finished when any part of that boat’s hull crosses the finish line from the course side and continues to stay clear of the finishing marks and other boats.
