ESSA,
Sorry it took so long, but everyone who ordered them should have their Green Book.  If not, please contact us.  A busted St. Michael's Race start and absolutely beautiful Down the Bay Race made for a mixed end to the May calendar.

Junior sailing is spinning up rapidly, and a number of fleets are building to truly awesome events on the Bay.  Just a teaser - the International 5o5 Worlds this fall is a not to be missed event!

We are extremely grateful for those who have renewed your CBYRA Membership online, we are actually ahead of last year's pace.  If you haven't yet, it is simple and quick.

Also please remember that since we no longer offer the Golden Anchor program, US Sailing membership must be renewed directly.  Discounts to CBYRA members are available through the Member Partner Program (see link at left).

The Original Race for a Cure
2017 marks the Silver Anniversary of the Annapolis Leukemia Cup - a national event that started right here, and we hope to celebrate in grand style!  Racing is scheduled for this Saturday, June 3rd, with registration open through 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 1st.  There will be windward-leeward starts for PHRF Spinnaker and One-Design classes.  A distance race pursuit start for PHRF N, CRCA, and the Leukemia Class (for non-competitive racers) are available, and a distance race (RRS 26) for CMA.

Now that we are less than a week away from the race & Rock the Dock Party, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Eastport Yacht Club hope you will consider registering and participating in this very worthy charity.  The event NoR and registration can be found here.

COMING SOON
More Opportunities to Provide Feedback
With recent efforts by PHRF to engage the fleet members across the bay, we hope to share more insights into the experiences and needs of racers on the Bay. CBYRA will also be soliciting feedback from skippers participating in our sanctioned races.  Our goal is to identify the good, the bad, and - yes - even the ugly, so that we can provide reliable feedback to the clubs and other organizing authorities to support continuous improvement in our offerings for Bay racers.  Please watch for regatta specific surveys.

And check with your skipper.  If they don't get these email newsletters, they won't get the survey, so please make sure they sign up.
