Welcome and Appetizers served at 5:30 pm
   Bruschetta served on a crostini with goat cheese crumbles
   Crab Dip served with corn tortilla chips
Entrees served at 6:15 pm
   Slow Roasted Prime Rib
   Carved and served with horseradish cream sauce and demi-glace
   Herb Encrusted Rockfish finished with a Caribbean BBQ drizzle
   Roasted Red Potatoes
   Garden Vegetable medley sautéed with white wine and garlic
      Desserts served on plates at each table
